A Facebook account can be disabled as easily as it was created. you can easily reactivate your own account if you disable it and restore your account in its entirety, including all your content, friends and account settings. However, if Facebook disabled the account without your consent, you must contact Facebook to plead your case to have your account reinstated. In general, a Facebook account gets disabled if you violate some term & Conditions of Facebook.

  1. Visit the Facebook sign-in page at https://www.facebook.com.
  2. Type the email address and password associated with your deactivated Facebook account in the appropriate fields in the upper right corner of the screen.
  3. Click the blue “Log In” button to automatically reactivate your Facebook account and its previous settings.

Disabled by Facebook

  1. Go to the Facebook website at https://www.facebook.com and log in with your username and password. If you see a message that says “Account disabled”, your account is being blocked by Facebook, which means you can send in an appeal.
  2. Facebook may disable your account if you’ve used it in a way that violates their terms and standards. This includes using a fake name, impersonating someone, sending spam messages, and harassing other users. Check out Facebook’s terms at https://www.facebook.com/terms.
  3. If you’re able to access your account normally, your account isn’t disabled.
  4. If you believe your account was disabled in error, you will use this form to request that Facebook further investigate the issue.
  5. Use the email address or phone number associated with the account deactivated by Facebook.
  6. Make sure you have access to this email address or phone number, as Facebook will use it to communicate with you.
  7. Fill in the form, including any details about why you believe Facebook has wrongly disabled your account. Click the blue “Submit” button beneath the form to submit it. Facebook will contact you once it has made a decision about your account.
